For a lockout we aim to be with you within 20 to 40 minutes anywhere we cover. You get an honest arrival time on the phone and the engineer rings when he's close.
Do you charge a call-out fee?+
No. You pay for the work, not for us turning up. Lockouts start from £59 and lock changes from £75; the engineer confirms the exact fixed price before he sets off.
Will you damage my door to get in?+
Almost never. Our engineers open the vast majority of locks non-destructively. If a lock does have to be drilled we tell you first and fit a new one straight away.
Are your locks insurance approved?+
Yes. We fit BS3621 mortice locks and TS007 anti-snap cylinders and give you a dated receipt showing the grade.
Do you do car keys?+
No. We're a home and business locksmith and don't cut or programme vehicle keys.
